• Our interview is an informal online video-call, of no longer than 20m
• You will be asked to clarify on your experience, showcase previous work where possible (NDAs accounted for), & explain how you'd solve a relevant problem.

• If your application succeeds, you'll be registered in our Talent Pool where you can apply to get involved in different research projects.
• You'll also be included in weekly email bulletins listing projects relevant to your skillset.
• Payment for most projects is displayed upfront, along with estimated time to complete, and a project overview.

• Projects are available via a 'jobs board', and on our email bulletins.
• These projects are extremely varied, excepting their shared need for software development work.
• Getting involved is as simple as pressing "Apply", your Talent profile will inform us of your skillset.
• To become a member of the talent pool, apply online!

• When choosing developers, prior experience, knowledge, and skillsets are considered.
• In some cases for lengthy or complicated projects, we may get in touch to clarify the details of your involvement.
• Once developers are chosen, a leading consultant will brief and sign-on those involved.
• Pay and terms of payment are disclosed upfront

• Each week of development, you'll be tasked with reporting your progress on assigned work.
• Though rare, developers will be sometimes be expected to work collaboratively.
• As a general rule, assigned deliverables require completion before any payment is made.
• On project completion, you'll have earned a fair pay and gained experience developing for researchers.
